In September the Boundary Commission published its' plan for new Parliamentay Constituencies across England. Under their scheme Eccleshill will be part of a 'Leeds West' seat. This will mean that our communities would become a forgotten part of Leeds. We have until the 5th December to make sure that this doesn't happen.
Over the next few months the Boundary Commission will be consulting with the public on their plans to put Eccleshill in Leeds. You can comment on their plans online here
Or you can go in person to the public consultation in Leeds on October 13th & 14th. If you wish to speak, you must book your spot for this in advance by calling 020 7276 1102
The public consultation will be held at
Ramada Leeds North, Millgreen View, Ring Road, Leeds, LS14 5QF
Cllr Ann Wallace says "Eccleshill needs an MP from Bradford to stand up and speak out for our area. Please make sure that your voice is heard before we become a forgotten corner of Leeds.
