Councillor David Ward, chair of the Bradford North Area Committee is looking for suggestion from local people about how to spend £50,000 on projects to improve community cohesion.

" The Area Committee is looking for ideas for projects which will contribute to building community relationships across the area.

Examples might be projects for young people, opportunities for people to make connections with different communities and discover what they have in common and any projects which contribute to the shared future of Bradford communities.

We are setting up a working group to plan how to spend £272,000 from the Neighbourhood Renewal Fund which includes the £50,000 for community cohesion.

Organisations and individuals should contact me on 07885 579986 or the Area Office i( 01274 431066) n the next few weeks if they want more details or have an idea for a project."
