Baroness Scott, president of the Lib Dems helped to highlight the plight of homeless young people in Bradford

Baroness Ros Scott, the president of the Liberal Democrats was in Bradford on Friday to visit young members of the party. They were raising money for the charity Nightstop by paying to sleep overnight on the floor of Liberal Democrat Office.

David Ward, the Parliamentary spokesman said,

" They are charging themselves to sleep on my office floor and donating the money to Nightstop because they want to highlight the plight of young people in Bradford. This issue is often hidden because young people sleep on the floors or on friend's sofas so we don't know about them."
